This company deserves zero stars! I was given a promo code and because I used it more than once, they cancelled my account and didn't bother to notify me. Not only did they cancel my account but cancelled some of my orders (also without notifying me). After wondering where my orders are, I decided to give them a call and learned my account has been cancelled along with some of my orders. I tried to get some understanding by speaking to a supervisor. The supervisor Jeff has the personality of a rock. You would think having people skills would be a requirement for someone in telecommunications. He refused to help in any way and informed me that he doesn't want me as a customer. All for using a promo code more than once. After that experience and especially having to deal with Jeff, I can say the feeling is mutual and I would never give them my business anyway. Buyers Beware!

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. This company is unethical and their website their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I bought a wevibe chorus for over $200. The girls at the store really talked it up and I believed them. This toy is supposed to be for couples. It is supposed to stimulate the clitoral area while also remaining inside the vagina. So what is actually does is make it nearly impossible to penetrate while having it inside. Yet it falls out constantly. It also felt like it scratched up the inside of my vagina and I couldn't have sex again for several days due to pain from this crappy toy. I went to the store to ask what to do. They of course were not helpful in the least. They told me to contact wevibe. Wevibe has no satisfaction guarantee. So I went online and now their online rep's say no refunds are allowed. EVEN THOUGH their own policy states that they are. So now I am stuck with a $200 useless piece of crap. I do not recommend this company or the wevibe chorus. Unless you want your vagina shredded. Then the chorus is right up your.....alley??

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

No one from this company answers the phone. Cant get a refund. Package arrived after 2 weeks lost in transit then smashed up and didn't work! Total waste of time and money. Avoid this company at all costs.

I wouldn’t give one star if I could. CS is horrible. They don’t give AF about customers and it shows. My order delivery date was pushed back 3 times. Meaning they did not ship it when it should have. I contacted CS with why this order was important as it was a gift. All I got back was sorry we can’t change the shipping or cancel the order. Wtaf? You expect me to believe that. Haha. See I work for an online only store. And even after shipping an order can be canceled. This company just doesn’t want to do that. Sooo now I’m waiting for this crap to deliver so I can send it right TF back for my money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD

Had to speak to a customer service rep to track an order that I received no confirmation for and ordered 4 weeks ago. I call them and I get a lady who immidiately has an attitude and proceeds to talk over me and interrupt me. She was the worst person that I’ve ever spoken to. This has pissed me off to the point of actually writing a review let alone a bad one. I’ve never felt the urge to write a review before but I’ve never experienced human contact that was that disdainfully putrid. Absolutely terrible never call them and don’t order a thing from them.

Literally a scam

Literally a scam. Ordered with a promo code. Bought a couple of items. It's been 4 weeks now and the package is nowhere to be seen. Costumer service? Whats that? They have no idea. Email them 400 times and get no responses whatsoever. Scam Scam scam. Moving out soon. If this package ever gets here I won't even be able to receive it. Dont buy from them. Save your money

Poor customer service

Absolutely awful company. Truly disappointing. Ordered from them many times over the last year. The last couple orders they shipped were returned back to them. The carrier never delivered. Return to Sender. Then they blocked my account from ordering from them due to to many "orders being returned". Poor customer service.

I’ve ordered from them for years and I’ve never had an issue until recently. About a month ago I ordered something and it never came. I sent them a message via PayPal and the person I was online chatting with was very unprofessional in fact they sent me an email all in caps and they even made up a lie about a question they asked me. I’ve now had to escalate it has PayPal take care of it for me. So I’m giving them one star because even though I’ve had a good experience up until now the very first time I’ve dealt with a representative was a horrible experience. Who sends emails VIRTUALLY yelling at the customer?

If I could no stars I would.
This review is for the whole company of Adam and Eve. I have purchased from them several times but I refuse to purchase from them anymore after finding out that they support and sponsor Trisha Paytas a YouTuber that is known for being racist abuse to all her boyfriends including her current boyfriend. She also makes fun of the LGBTQIA+ community and claims to have DID and other mental illnesses. She bullies and stalks numerous people daily and some have attempted suicide due to her online bullying. She even sleeps with pedophiles offline while online she bashes them. She a complete hypocrite. This company is fully aware of all the bad things that she does and has seen numerous report on all their social media accounts and received several messages and refuse to stop supporting them.
Boycott this business because they support and pay people like her just because they have a big following.

I just got the lifetime movie package…

I just got the lifetime movie package for A&E TV and it's all good. However, does anyone know how I could get more guy on guy/bisexual scenes and do they add on more new movies as time goes by or rotate them? thank you
